Orange Stem Ginger Scones
4 scones approx 2.5 oz each. Made using my Grandma’s traditions British scone recipe. We use fresh orange zest and pieces of stem ginger.
Scones need to be frozen after four days as they do not contain any preservatives. Scones should always be warmed by second day, approx 3/4 mins 350 degrees.
Best served with Double Devon or Clotted cream & jam.
